SPHHS Student ListservThe SPHHS Listserv is a vital communications link, through which you will receive emails about course schedule updates, seminars, professional conferences, student activities, and SPHHS and University announcements. SPHHS Jobs DatabaseThe website is open to SPHHS students and alumni and also to the greater public health community. It contains searchable information about all jobs, fellowships, and internships. The Jobs Database is maintained by the SPHHS Office of Student Academic and Career Development Services. To submit a potential job, internship, or fellowship opportunity for posting on the new website, please send a detailed email to sphhsjob@gwu.edu. Submissions will be reviewed and posted within 48 hours. Please do not post jobs directly to the SPHHS Listserv! The Office of Faculty and Student Services, located on the second floor of Ross Hall, strives to promote quality services by being resourceful, adaptable to students' needs, culturally competent, and responsive to feedback. We process all student forms which need "Dean's Office" sign-off. Our job is to make your student experience a good one, so please do not hesitate to contact us if we can help you in any way. Blaine Parrish, Associate Dean for Student Affairs Student and faculty services are provided in the offices described below. Please refer to the SPHHS Student Handbook, your comprehensive source regarding SPHHS policies and procedures, for further detail on how each office can assist you. The Office Of Student Academic and Career Development Services, located in Ross Hall, Room 202, advises students about policies, procedures, and resources for problem-solving. This office also provides career development services, coordinates events, assists student and alumni organizations, and arranges emergency loans. The fax number is 202-994-9867.

Jennifer Lyles, New Student Affairs Coordinator The Office Of Student Records, located in Ross Hall, Room 222, assists students with a broad range of issues related to registration, adding and dropping courses, academic progress, and graduation clearance.
