Graduation Application Deadlines:

*Students with 9 credit hours less to complete their degree requirements in a  Summer term may participate in May commencement ceremonies preceding their final term.  Graduation application due date will be 1 February, same as Spring graduates in order to receive Commencement information.  Students not planning to attend May commencement or who have more than 9 credit hours left to complete, can participate in Commencement in the May following their graduation term.  For those students, the application deadline is 1 July.

Graduation Fees
There is a $100 graduation application fee.  For applications submitted after the deadline, there is an additional $35 fee.   Please do NOT send money with your graduation form.  You will receive a bill from Student Accounts.

Final Term Registration

All students must be registered in their graduation term.  If you are continuing work from a previous term and do not need any additional courses then register for continuous enrollment.

Degree Clearance & Diplomas
The degree clearance process generally takes 6-10 weeks after the semester ends.  Diplomas take an additional 6-8 weeks after clearance.

Clearance cannot be finalized until final grades are posted and confirmation of successful completion of any other  requirements have been confirmed by your program.  Your official transcript and diploma will reflect the official degree conferral date.
  
You can verify that your final grades have been entered and your  degree has been conferred by logging into GWeb Info Systems and checking your unofficial transcript.
