Admissions
The Health Sciences Office of Admissions is available to provide assistance with the application process and to answer any admissions-related questions. Requests for readmission or transfer within the university are also processed by the office.
We strongly encourage you to use Apply Online to submit your application. If you must submit a paper application, be sure to follow the instructions in the The Admissions Process section. In addition, academic programs have specific requirements, so be sure to review the Program Admission Requirements section. Prospective students with questions specific to a program are encouraged to contact the program directly.
After initial review by the admissions staff, applications are reviewed by program faculty to determine admissibility. If accepted, you will receive an offer of admission. The offer of admission is valid for the semester stated in the admissions letter. Upon notification of acceptance, you will need to return the declaration of intent along with a check or money order covering the tuition deposit and the orientation fee. These will be required of all students, including those readmitted. The deposit is not refundable.
NOTE: All applicants to the Doctor of Physical Therapy Program, Physician Assistant Program, Sonography Program, Clinical Laboratory Science, Nurse Practitioner are required to review the Criminal Background Check and Drug Screening Policy.
